It has officially been 5 years since Harry Styles released his self-titled debut solo album and I thought now felt like the perfect time to go back and reflect on it! Back when this album was released in 2017, it would actually be a few months before I even started my blog and even at that, I didn't start writing long-form album reviews in the way I often do now until 2020. There are so many albums that I love and never had the chance to properly review, many of which I want to revisit like this and share my thoughts on now. For this 5 year anniversary, and with the imminent release of Harry's third album Harry's House this week, it feels like the perfect time to reflect on where it all started for him as a solo artist. Happy First Monday in May! This year's Met Gala is celebrating the opening of the second part of The Costume Institute's annual exhibition at The Metropolitan Musem of Art titled "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion". This year's theme is Gilded Glamour, which is very fitting for what is traditionally known as "fashion's biggest night out", and always full of opulence and glamour. I love seeing all of the creativity and artistry that goes into the designs for this event.
